First Place: Rice Mill Building

Built in 1861, the Rice Mill Building is the only rice mill of Charleston’s that is still standing today. This indoor-outdoor space lets you take advantage of its Ashley River location while the ground floor space would suit a bride best if she is counting on some spectacular waterfront views. The building itself features exposed brick walls, wooden floors, large double windows (here’s where the views come in!), and an old-school tin ceiling.
