Go Cyclones! April 26th-April 28th was Porter-Gaud’s Alumni Weekend. There were all types of exciting activities planned around the city in honor of the alumni. The Vincent Chicco’s team, along with The Darling Oyster Bar, Magnolia’s, Lewis BBQ, and Blossom’s, met the Cyclones at the All-Alumni Party on The Green on Saturday night. There was music, fun, and , of course, plenty of delicious food. Executive Chef Michael Greene was on-site serving Sweet Italian Sausage Stuffed Porchetta. Needless to say, the dish was a hit with the crowd!
