Get your chakras back in line with Wellness Wednesday at the Historic Rice Mill beginning on January 2nd. If you’ve never seen this notable Charleston landmark known as the Historic Rice Mill, now is your chance to take in these breathtaking waterfront views for yourself. Soak up the low country sunset on the first Wednesday of every month and unwind with professional yoga instructor, Sarah J.
Sarah J. has practiced yoga for over eleven years and has obtained her teacher training in Baptiste Power Vinyasa, which focuses on linking movement with breath. She learned to teach this style of yoga at Charleston Power Yoga, located in Charleston, SC, where she obtained her certification. Sarah teaches all levels of yoga and will bring her expertise on the mat to the Historic Rice Mill on Wellness Wednesday.
After each class you will find healthy snacks and happy hour specials provided by Good Food Catering and some quality conversation with other yogis in the Charleston community. Space is first come, first serve along with a $10 drop-in fee. To ensure you get a spot, sign up online ahead of the class here. Wellness Wednesday classes are offered to all levels of yoga, whether you consider yourself an expert or it’s your first time trying yoga. All are welcome to join in on the fun and dip their toes in the health and wellness community of Charleston!
