Foodies rejoice – Charleston Restaurant Week is upon us again!
For the uninitiated, Charleston Restaurant Week is a twelve-day semiannual event planned by the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association; the most in-demand, indulgent, and savory Lowcountry restaurants offer lunch and dinner deals that will have you marking your calendars for this year and next.
The event is in full swing and will run through September 23rd. Many of the participating locations are offering prix fixe specials, where attendees can receive between two and five courses for a set price; other restaurants have deals determined by the number of people.
This is the perfect time to try out those top restaurants you’ve been meaning to make reservations for, or return to a favorite pizza parlor. Ever wanted to taste 39 Rue de Jean’s black truffle panisse, Moroccan braised lamb, and port citrus braised pear dessert? Now you can for a flat $40. What about returning to an old favorite, like Coast? Get three courses for $30.
