In an exciting move, Holy City Hospitality named Tim Judge General Manager of three of their Hutson Alley restaurants earlier this week! Judge will be managing Vincent Chicco’s, Michael’s on The Alley, and The Victor Social Club. With over 15 years of expertise in hospitality industry, Judge has received various local and international accolades for a variety of food and beverage programs.
Already, Judge’s hiring has had quite an effect on Holy City Hospitality. “Tim is very quickly making a positive impact at our restaurants with an infectious commitment to world-class service and sourcing,” said Holy City Hospitality Managing Director, Marty Wall. “We’re delighted to have him onboard as we continue to polish a robust wine list, innovative cocktails and unforgettable cuisine.”
The Long Island native began his career in New England and New York. Judge was a wine and spirits broker in New Hampshire and Maine before an opportunity to work with Rob Newton at Nightingale Nine and Seersucker took him to New York, where he led the restaurant’s service team to a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. Judge also helped open and guide The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club to “Best New Bar in New York City” award from Thrillist Magazine. Here in Charleston Judge has held roles as the Food and Beverage Director at the Vendue Hotel and Management roles with Zero George Hotel and Cannon Green Restaurant under the Easton Porter Group.
Judge brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Vincent Chicco’s, Michael’s On The Alley, and The Victor Social Club, all located just off of King in Hutson Alley at 39 John St. We are excited to watch Tim continue to grow and evolve Holy City Hospitality’s restaurants!
