This rotating menu will feature an exclusive winter wine pairing, along with exquisite French cuisine that isn’t offered on our main menu for $52 per person.
The talented chefs at Rue are giving you a sneak peek into the first 3 course menu offered. On February 15th, you’ll start your meal off with chilled sherry and lemon pickled mussels on a fresh toasted Baguette, served with a glass of Chateau Graville-Lacoste Bordeaux Blanc, Graves FR. Don’t forget to save room for your flavorful upcoming course, which features a bacon wrapped Bistro Fillet served sliced with White Truffle Potato Puree, sautéed asparagus, swampu appleseed assorted mushrooms and coated in a Veal Demi Glacé, paired with Domaine Grand Veneur, “Clos de Sixte”, Lirac FR.
