Tristan Whisenant, General Manager of Good Food Catering, graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management.
Whisenant first joined Holy City Hospitality in 2002 when she began at 39 Rue de Jean. Two years later she joined Good Food Catering as Sous Chef, and was promoted to Chef de Cuisine soon thereafter. Having been a part of Good Food Catering from its inception, the transition in 2006 to General Manager was seamless.
In addition to her experience with Holy City Hospitality, Whisenant has studied and worked abroad; in 2003, she attended a culinary co-op at The Great Southern Hotel in Killarney Ireland, and in 2004, attended a German Wine and Sommelier School in Koblenz Germany.Download PDF
