Justin Rambo-Garwood, Executive Chef

Justin Rambo-Garwood, originally from Philadelphia, PA, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Justin started his culinary education at age 15 when he attended a culinary arts technical school for high school. After spending 6 years in San Diego, he decided it was time to search for a new city to call home. He visited Charleston, SC and fell in love with the quality of the food scene, charm, and historic architecture. Justin has been the chef at 39 Rue de Jean since 2017 and brings enthusiasm to his team. His passion for the culinary arts has given him an impressive 25 years of experience in the industry.
