Coming off the heels of Charleston Beer Week, Rue is still in a “hoppy” mood! Due to Hurricane Florence, our Wicked Weed Beer Dinner has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 27th at 6pm. The event features two courses prepared by Rue’s Executive Chef Justin Rambo (plus an amuse-bouche!) and two dessert courses by Executive Pastry Chef Richard Farr. Each course also comes with a beer carefully selected by the the experts at Wicked Weed Brewery. Throughout the evening, Chef Rambo and the folks from Wicked Weed will be there to answer all of your questions about the art of the perfect beer and dish pairing.
