John Whisenant
Executive Chef

Originally from Hendersonville, NC, John Whisenant graduated with dual degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management in 2001. It was during this time that John first started with the Holy City Hospitality family at 39 Rue de Jean. He most recently was the Sous Chef at the Daniel Island Club, prior to rejoining Holy City Hospitality in 2013 as the Executive Chef for The Islander Restaurant.
