Good Food Catering launched in the Fall of 2004 and was quickly recognized as one of the top local caterers. We offer fine catered cuisine, with restaurant quality style and service, in a variety of settings.

Jenna DeSavino
Catering Sales Manager

After graduating from University of South Carolina, Jenna set forth in the hospitality industry working at a hotel in Manhattan. Shortly after, she relocated to Charleston’s beautiful Folly Beach, and accepted a position as an Event and Marketing Manager. Jenna joined Holy City Hospitality in the fall of 2012 as a Catering Manager at the Historic Rice Mill and Good Food Catering.

Tristan

Tristan Whisenant
General Manager

Whisenant first joined Holy City Hospitality in 2002 when she began at 39 Rue de Jean. Two years later she joined Good Food Catering as Sous Chef, and was promoted to Chef de Cuisine soon thereafter. Having been a part of Good Food Catering from its inception, the transition in 2006 to General Manager was seamless.

Chef Tiana Hamilton began her culinary career with Holy City Hospitality in 2004 as a prep cook for Good Food Catering. Today, Tiana exercises her skills in the kitchen as Good Food’s Executive Chef.

Eve Gray
Catering Sales Manager

Within a few short years of her living and working in Charleston, she quickly realized that the event industry were her true ambition and passion. Having worked for rental companies, planners and other catering companies, she brings an extensive knowledge and background in the event industry. Eve was excited to join Holy City Hospitality in the spring of 2014 as a Catering Manager at the Historic Rice Mill and Good Food Catering. Eve brings a passion for planning, creativity and a love for food to the Good Food team. She is dedicated to providing an organized and personalized approach to every event.

Daren

R. Daren Wolfe
Operating Partner

In the summer of 2004, he accepted the position of Director of Operations for Holy City Hospitality, and commenced to launch Good Food Catering. In the fall of 2005, Wolfe became the Operating Partner of Holy City Hospitality. Since then, the hospitality group has expanded, launching its third restaurant, Virginia’s on King, in December of ’07.
