Kyle Kryske, Executive Banquet Chef


Kyle Kryske is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC where he received an A.S. in Culinary Arts as well as a B.S. in Food Service Management in 2005.

Kyle grew up in Pascagoula, Mississippi, a small town on the Gulf of Mexico. From a very young age, he developed a love for cooking and eating southern Cajun food and seafood. is love for seafood made Coast a perfect match for Kyle when he finished his training at Johnson & Wales University. Kyle joined Coast Bar
& Grill in 2004 as a line cook while finishing school. He later served as Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine.

Kyle has also honed his skills in other restaurants around the country. He served as Chef de Cuisine at a local restaurant in Mt. Pleasant, SC, a Banquet Chef for Princess Cruise Lines in Alaska, as well as Banquet Manager at the 4 star-4 diamond Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge in Charlotte, NC.

In 2011, Kyle returned to Charleston and to Coast Bar & Grill where he currently serves as our Executive Banquet Chef.
